摘要

When tungsten material is exposed by helium plasma, bubbles are formed at the surface of tungsten material in wide range of incident energy. The depth where bubble forms depends on the incident energy. To reveal the bubble formation mechanism for high incident energy case (i.e., more than 1 keV), binary-collision-approximation-based simulation is performed in this paper. For the simulation, we parallelize the calculation by OpenMP to reduce the computation time.
