A Consideration on Arrangement of Places where Information is Floated

By using epidemic transmission repeatedly, we can send information to mobile nodes entering a specific area. This is called Information Floating (IF). In this paper, we consider IF to distribute an advertisement to guide customers to a target place (shopping place). The purpose of advertisement delivery is to deliver an advertisement to nodes before they arrive at the target place and to guide nodes to the target place. In this paper, we consider the methods to arrange the areas for IF using probe data. As probe data, we use the volume of traffic between a target place. We evaluate the proposed method by computer simulation in a lattice street mobility model, and show effective methods in the various situations.
