In contemporary world it is hard to imagine corporations, which are able to function without applying well-developed IT systems supporting the business administration. The degree of their use and usefulness depends largely on the course of the process of the implementation of new tools in a learning organization, which every company seeking new solutions undoubtedly become. In the this article authors try to direct attention on the effectiveness of introducing ERP systems in corporations with particular reference to appearing problems. Their correct identification, classification and moving to the foreground these most essential lets for effective management of the whole implementation, minimizing risks associated with possible mistakes.
