1 Introduction The political field literature is a collection of a series of documents such as the national political system, foreign strategy, leaders' speeches, and work reports. It is an important carrier and manifestation of national political construction with high authority and guidance. As China's international influence increases, "both superpowers and emerging economies want to understand and learn from the Chinese model which contributes to the realization of the development miracle" [1], and the political literature has become a direct way for the international community to understand China's top-level design concepts. In the process of China's political modernization, there have been many new expressions and new theories involving a large number of key political terms. In view of the "cultural uniqueness and political sensitivity" of Chinese political terminology [2], accurately translating these political terms is the key to improving the external communication quality of Chinese political discourse, which will directly affect the international community's interpretation of China's top-level design concepts. In this process, the construction of the terminology database is definitely a beneficial exploration to improve the accuracy of the translation of political terms. The terminology database is "the formatted integration of terms" [3], which can bring about the deep processing as well as the effective integration of political literature materials.
