CAREER MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOL ORGANISATIONS: CASE STUDY

The paper presents the career management in schools starting with a definition of the career, the career development and the career management. There are two highlighted roles in the career management: the individual and organization role. The case study presents the career management in schools referring to the training programs for teachers. The method used in the evaluation of teachers is called Scale of self-efficiency.
