Information technology has changed findamentally the very nature of marketing for hospitality. Most hospitality firms have started developing e-marketing strategies for the web. As a result, e-marketing is growing at a dramatic pace and is significantly impacting on tourists. Special attention is dedicated to Internet, which is in the hospitality sector, as in other business sectors changed classic business activities, and is used as communication, transaction and distribution channel. As a result, there is a needfor the introduction of new web 2.0 technologies in order to increase the competitive advantage of hotels.
