THE CORRELATION STUDY BETWEEN THE EDUCATIONAL MARKET AND THE ENGINEERING WORK MARKET

After ten years of decline of the labor force in the engineering field, period of time in which the temptations of this profession has decreased, we can observe that in the present the employers make special efforts to find engineers and even managers. The study analyses some of the factors which have determined the diminution of the interest young people show towards the engineering faculties. We have identified important solutions that can lead to a growing attraction for the technical profiles from which we can mention: the diversification of the educational offer, the permanent updating of the didactic activity and the development of recruiting programs.
