GARMENT APPEARANCE QUALITY AS AESTHETIC FUNCTION OF CLOTHES

摘要

In the paper the detailed study of the garment appearance quality as garment aesthetic function is presented. On this basis, the intelligent system for prediction of the garment appearance quality was developed. Besides this the garment appearance quality is determined by garment drape, appropriate 3D shape of a garment, quality of the fit, seam appearance quality and garment appearance as a whole. Presented are preliminary research steps of estimation and evaluation of garment quality that were necessary for the development of the prediction system, which is user-friendly and accessible by world wide network.
