Parametric Design relies on the ability to build shapes by means of parametrizations. Very often, mathematical parametrizations of surfaces are suitable for designing and building purposes only at a local scale, but fail to provide grids that are evenly distributed all over the target surface. We explore ways to build new parametrizations from existing ones with better global behaviour by using aggregation functions and fuzzy techniques. The methods that we propose are very close to human intuition, and therefore they are also useful to create new shapes from existing ones.
