Since the Web2.0 conference held in 2004, a variety of web technology is an unprecedented development. There are server technology, such as J2EE and .NET. Traditional geographic information system also extends to WebGIS that provides a wider access to customers, simpler operation and better platform independence. This paper analyzed the open source javascript packet in OpenLayers and the loading of spatial data GeoJSON format, and discussed the architecture of OpenLayers integrate with Web2.0 WebGIS technology. That architecture implements Web Feature Server not rely on any geography information server. It reduces the development costs and eliminate the dependence on the spatial database. The architecture makes the building more flexible and open WebGIS services.
