摘要

In this work, we propose a novel matching scheme for whole boy magnetic resonance imaging scans. Whole body scans suffer from non-uniform intensities and geometric misalignments which lead to distortions in images. These distortions pose a bigger challenge to radiologists and may lead to mis-diagnosis. Our algorithm results in accurate spine matching across magnetic resonance attenuation corrected and diffusion weighted volumes.
