Study concerning estimation of planimetric position and determination of the accuracy in case of extrapolation

摘要

In this paper, it is studied the possibility of determining the position and planimetric accuracy of certain points if they are located outside the area bounded by common points. The case study shows a way to solve this problem using orthogonal coordinate transformations by the method of least squares.
