The European Union countries are realizing economic integration transformations. Period of these reforms is coinciding in time with the global economic downturn. To overcome crisis the competitive growth should to begin. Modern crisis occurs at the period of knowledge economy, which is based on information technologies and cognitive science. A key concept of this type of economy is knowledge and education that can be treated as the following two: the business educational and innovative intellectual products and services be transferred for a high return value. They also can be looked at as the productive assets for high competitive enterprises and industries. In modern economy is considered, that organizations are executed by knowledge managers. Their efforts should be focused on the performance improvement, the rising of competitive advantages and the introduction of innovations.
