In this study, we investigated the antioxidant activity of Janus structured Pectin/Folic acid/silver (Pec/FA/Ag) and Pectin/Folic acid/gold-silver (Pec/FA/Au-Ag) nanocomposites (NCs). This work synthesize the (Pec/FA/Ag) and (Pec/FA/Au-Ag) using a simple in-situ process, in which nanoparticles assembled to form Janus structure. Synthesized Pec/FA/Ag and Pec/FA/Au-Ag NCs characterized by Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Ultra visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and TEM microscopy. These results suggest that Pec/FA/Au-Ag NCs could be a valuable antioxidant technology for applications such as anti cancer, wound dressing and other personal care products.
