摘要

This paper deals with two kinds of technologies: (i) Meteorological data acquisition with wireless communication and (ii) devices to measure fl ow in open channels. The fi rst consists of a) A geographic information system interface based on free programming using Google maps satellite images to create user friendly database and farms geo-referred, likewise for the irrigation infrastructure such as channel, drainage and rural roads networks, b) irrigation service fees and processing statistical information of the irrigation scheme. The second consists of a) a commercial ultrasonic sensor adapted to an electronic own made e-card to build a fl ow meter, and b) commercial temperature and ultrasonic sensors to collect the time series of temperature and rain intensity and precipitation and so for the time series of discharge at farm level. These devices let us get the volume of water supplied to the farm, the heat unit and the effective precipitation, interpolated by a Krigging method for each geo-referenced farm, compute the water volume required from the crop-related information.
