COMBINABLE PDMS CAPILLARY SENSOR ARRAY FOR MULTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSING: SENSITIVITY ENHANCEMENT AND FACILITATION OF SAMPLE INTRODUCTION BASED ON SURFACE MODIFICATION OF PDMS

摘要

To enhance sensitivity and facilitate sample introduction into the combinable PDMS capillary (CPC) sensor, bulk and surface modification of PDMS were carried out to prepare "Black" PDMS covered by silver and self-assembled monolayer, and found that these modifications were effective. Furthermore, CPC sensor array for the multiplex detection of serum sample components was prepared. When serum samples were introduced, CPC sensor array gave fluorescence response for each analyte, and successfully discriminated abnormal concentration component in serum samples.
