The production of fuel alcohol from lignocellulosic residues (as waste products of banana cultivation) requires several distinct stages, including hydrolysis, which is highlighted because it is at this stage that the fermentable sugars become available for fermentation. The main objective in the present study is to evaluate the influence of temperature on the glucose conversion reaction of the hydrolysis stage of the production of bioethanol from waste produced by banana cultivation (pseudostem).
