Development of a Solid-supported Biotinylation Reagent for the Efficient Biotin Labeling to the SH group of Peptides and Small Molecules

摘要

For the biotin labeling of bioactive compounds, a new SH-selective biotinylation reagent (KSH-1) was synthesized. This reagent could efficiently biotinylate an SH-containing small molecule and the resultant product could easily be isolated with high purity after the removal of the resin with no further purification.
