Analysis of Sugar-Binding Peptide Motifs of Influenza H5 Hemagglutinin Using Phage-Display Library

摘要

Sugar binding domain of HA5 gene derived from A / Vietnam / 1194 / 2004 strain produced by baculovirus vector have binding activity to MDCK cells expressing a 2,6-linked and a 2,3-linked sialic acid on the cell surface. We designed a phage library system to express afunctional sugar binding domain of influenza virus HA on the phage surface.
