Managing Goal Focused e-Collaboration in Regional Government

Setting the goals, orcestrating and managing wide area of activities in obtaining the strategic outcomes is the main purpose of regional government. Wide area of goal relating tasks/activities form a complex fenomena by involving horizontally and vertically scattered resources inside regional government administration and multiple external entities. Goal focused e- collaboration brings the infrastructure to manage such activities. Collaboration ontology and four basic components - event, task, project, outcome, their ontologies, relations and generic software components are presented in this conceptual model. Strategic outcomes, as a result of collaborated activities, are taken as the critical component for succesfull strategic regional government mission evaluation.
