Although mobile communication is worldwide extremely accepted, the necessary technical infrastructure often causes opposition in certain population opulation groups. Particularly the installation of mobile base stations triggers conflicts in many cities and communities, because people are concerned about the assumed health risks by the emitted RF-EMFs. They often apply to the municipal administrations, intending to prevent the installation in their neighbourhood.
