Invitational Intervention~(TM): the ARISE Continuum of Care

This workshop presented an overview of an Evidence-based, Best Practice method, Invitational Intervention: the ARISE Model and Continuum of Care. The workshop also addressed the underlying principles and philosophy of Transitional Family Therapy on which ARISE is based. Applying the principles of "Family Motivation to Change~R," this empirically supported method provides clinicians with knowledge about how to be effective at motivating clients and families to want to change and starting them on the road to recovery. Results of a formal clinical study and "real world" study are included demonstrating 83% treatment engagement rates and 61% one-year sobriety rates.
