The study of community sports events' function in constructing harmonious communities

@@ Introduction: Since our country is in the rapid stage of urbanization construction, constructing cities with coordinating growth in both economy and society is still one of the crucial issues in china's social development. As an important part of urban development, city sports play a decisive role in building a harmonic society. It is pointed out by"Suggestion of the CPC central committee and the state council on further strengthening and improving sports in new era"that we should construct mass sports service system and focus on community in developing urban sports. Community sports events as a significant section of community sports are the major carriers in implementing the national fitness program. This paper analysis and study how to build harmonic communities by developing community sports events, aiming to give interrelated advice and make community sports events work in strengthening people s physique, promoting social development and also in providing reference for government departments and the relevant scientific research institutions' decision-making and further study.
