Incident Database 2.0: Harnessing the Power of Internet for Collecting and Disseminating Accident Information

摘要

Every workplace incident represents opportunity for learning and improvements. There are two major issues in creating an incident database: (a) collection of incident information and (b) dissemination of incident information. This paper discusses the application of internet to resolve the above issues and the creation of a comprehensive incident database which can be accessed by anyone.
