摘要

This is a new approach in microbiology laboratories, easy to use, accurate and cost-effective method for most bacterial, yeast and fungal strains isolated routinely. The present study demonstrates that MALDI-TOF MS can be used as a fast technique for the reliable identification of microorganisms and because this determination has been performed in a few minutes, a new experiment with different microorganisms from the fermentation process will be assembled to identify all species involved in this process.
