摘要

The goal of this work is to demonstrate that the bacterium Pseudomonas fluorescens can take up a non-natural amino acid and also incorporate it into a recombinantly expressed protein using ReCODE~(TM) Technology by Ambrx. We first demonstrate, by LC-MS, that a non-natural amino acid can be taken up into the cell of P. fluorescens. Second, we show, by LC-MS and MS/MS, that a recombinantly expressed protein in P. fluorescens can incorporate a non-natural amino acid at a particular site using ReCODE~(TM) Technology.
