It is easy and rapid to make homogenous nanoparticles for Pt-LDI using commercially available magnetron sputtering device We can directly detect a distribution of small molecules on the various surface without the sliced into thin sections utilizing Pt-LDI/MSI. Pt-LDI/MSI can sensitively detect on the poor electrical conductivity surface as well as effectively limits migration of analytes.
