摘要

A quantitative SRM assay for measuring c-Met in FFPE NSCLC has been developed. Time post sectioning does not have a significant effect on the ability of the Liquid Tissue-SRM assay to accurately measure the presence of c-Met and other proteins in FFPE tissues. The Liquid Tissue-SRM platform is able to reliably analyze multiple oncoproteins from archival FFPE tumor sections. The technology's ability to accurately and reproducibly quantitate multiple targets from FFPE sections facilitates personalized cancer care.
