The Orbitrap Fusion is fast enough to achieve a nice balance between selectivity and coverage for DIA experiments. Spectrum identification from DIA data is challenging. Peptide-Centric Analysis allows automatic peptide identification from DIA data. Peptide-Centric Analysis provides direct statistical measurement of every peptide queried.
