O-Glycomap-Sera: A tool for discovery of O-linked glycopeptides in human serum samples

Our tool uses fragmentation spectra from MS experiments and compares it with library of O-glycopeptides using peptide mass scoring algorithms and glycan sequencing method. Manual validations confirmed our preliminary result of the site-specific O-linked glycosylation in several glycoproteins in Human serum sample. We are currently using our tool to predict O-glycosylation in Mucin and k-Caesin data and introduce FDR, a measure of validation.
