ASAP-HRMS: a convenient technique for characterizing unexpected insoluble materials during the development of cosmetic products

Direct ASAP-HRMS analyses of the precipitates present in the two cosmetic formulae helped us to determine which ingredients were interacting in the formulae and provided a valuable help to the development laboratories in their needs of both quality and respect of timing in the deliverance of their final products
