1 The experimental CCS distributions obtained by IM-MS demonstrated that two populations existed for the H2A/H2B dimer in the gas phase. 2 The temperature in MD simulation contributed to generate the conformational variety of the H2A/H2B dimer. 3 MD simulation demonstrated that the variety of the experimental CCSs was due to the diverse structures of the tail regions rather than the core region.
