摘要

FT-ICR MS and data processing, usually applied to DOM and Petroleum, show to be suitable to analyze sediment organic matter. Results obtained using Petro MS show that oxygenated compound classes were predominant in negative ion mode while CH, O and O2 classes were the most relevant in positive ion mode. Classes graphs exhibit higher chemical similarity for samples from sites of same hydrological proximity, terrestrial impact, flow conditions and granulometry.
