Advances in the on-line nano-scale LC- MS analysis of oligonucleotides by anion exchange and reverse phase chromatography

This work has shown us a possible overla p between phases that may be compatible with anion exchange chromatography and direct nanospray analysis. The preliminary results are very promising for direct on- line analysis of oligonucleotides. The optimization of this method will be critical to enable the high - resolution, high - sensitivity analysis of oligonucleotide mixtures obtained from cells and tissues.
