1. A heat stressed IgG molecule was characterized by peptide mapping SEC-MALS, cIEF and intact massanalysis. 2. Peptide mapping analysis revealed substantial modifications of the primary amino acid sequence, including increased levels of oxidation, deamidation and glycation. 3. The time course study under the heat stressed conditions indicated that glycation induced the formation of aggregation which resulted in the loss of bioactivity.
