1. Biotin-Phe-Lactone was successfuly synthesized and applied in HT-29 protein extraction treatment for protein profiling. Reacted proteins were identified and further validated through MRM analysis. 2. A group of active enzymes will be selected for chemical derivatization-enhanced MRM MS or so-called Ultrathroughput Multiple Reaction Monitoring (UMRM) MS analysis. 3. Alkyne probes will be utilized in living cell treatment, followed by using click chemistry-assisted separation of reacted proteins.
