1. Establish a method involved ricin enrichment and analysis by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring mode. 2. The assay was applied to measure the spiked ricin in human serum. 3. The assay has been successful used in quantitative determination of serum samples collected from poisoned rats.
