摘要

The aim of the present study was to develop an antioxidant assay unit which was consisted of SPE and DESI. The unit was employed to not only identify antioxidants in high proportion of aqueous solution, but also avoid decreasing ionization efficiency in compounds because of high voltage from ion-source. Additionally, the modified SPEs offered as platforms for DESI can be apply to screening specific antioxidants in biological materials.
