Profiling and Imaging mass spectrometry investigation of Alzheimer's neuropathology and associated ADDLs therapy

摘要

These preliminary studies were performed to integrate MADLI IMS strategies with immnuohistochemistry for translational investigation of Alzheimer's disease. The preliminary results demonstrate the potential of this approach for disease investigation at both molecular and cellular levels. Ongoing IMS studies are aimed at determining the mobility of injected β-amyloids in Alzheimer mouse brains.
