摘要

A new multi-mycotoxin UHPLC-MS/MS method was successfully developed and validated for different kinds of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, and pistachios). For the majority of compounds high recoveries were obtained in nut matrices. Deviation from 100% apparent recovery occurred either due to incomplete extraction, as for example for the fumonisins, for other compounds matrix suppression was observed caused by the complex sample matrix. For reliable quantitative analysis therefore matrix-matched calibrations or internal standards are recommended [4].
