1. The difficulty in acquiring the overall glycol-profile of highly glycosylated protein increases with the increased MW of proteins and the heterogeneity of glycosylation. 2. The Synapt G2-S system copes wi th the problems of complexity and is a powerful MS instrument to analyze highly complex glycosylated therapeutic proteins. 3. The comparison of the overall glycoprofile among different biosimilar batches provides a quick method to monitor the quality attributes of product and provides an organization greater efficiency in drug development.
