1. 287 high-fidelity protein identifications (including 61 membrane proteins) in the thylakoid membrane fraction of the Synechocystis mutant strain. 2. Combining validated protein identifications and quantitation, 6 membrane proteins revealed to be differentially expressed following analysis of variance (ANOVA, p<0.05, for Progenesis LC-MS), requiring at least a 2-fold change in expression.
