摘要

The combination of UPLC with tandem mass spectrometry proved to be a powerful technique in metabolite separation and identification. This method also improved the accuracy of quantitation of individual metabolites by resolving the co-eluting metabolites that cannot be differentiated under the conventional HPLC-MS/MS conditions.
