The Use of UPLC-MS/MS for Separation and Identification of Diastereomeric Hydroxylated Metabolites of GS-9667 In Vivo and In Vitro

The combination of UPLC with tandem mass spectrometry proved to be a powerful technique in metabolite separation and identification. This method also improved the accuracy of quantitation of individual metabolites by resolving the co-eluting metabolites that cannot be differentiated under the conventional HPLC-MS/MS conditions.
