Successful implementation of T-Wave ion mobility to differentiate monohydroxy metabolites of tacrine and propranolol. Good collision cross-section ordering and agreement between T-Wave ion mobility derived and theoretically derived values. T-Wave ion mobility shows real promise as a means to identify regiospecific sites of hydroxylation for drug metabolites.
