Without serum digest background, the MRM peak areas were linear from 1 nM to 500 nM (R~(2) > 0.98) on a Waters Xevo~(TM) TQ MS. The detection limit was 1 nM (approx150 ng/mL). The peak area RSD was < 8percent. With serum digest background, the MRM peak area decreased approx4 times. The peak area RSD was < 15percent. The sensitivity was improved 25 times with Waters Xevo~(TM) TQ-S instrument. Cleanup of serum samples with solid phase extraction after trypsin digestion improved the sensitivity and the robustness of the MRM assay. Preliminary data demonstrates the capability of the TRIZAIC nanoTile~(TM) Xevo~(TM) TQ-S platform for high-throughput MRM assay.
