摘要

Chemical cross-linking was able to map the interaction region in FERM-Myosin complex. A model of the complex was generated based on the distance constrains obtained by cross-linking. Additional modeling and experiments confirmed the proposed model. This is the first experimental confirmation that FAK and myosin interact in vitro.
