Based on direct Infusion analysis of crude peptides, declustering potential(DP), coillsonal energy(CE) and Collision cell exit potential(CXP) are obtained respectively. The concentration range of individual target pepetide shows between 75 and 1000 attomole, resulting in very sensitive and reproducible results. Percent coefficient of varlation is less than 15percent for low abundant targeta.
