Comprehensive Two Dimensional GC (GCxGC)-Fast-qMS Detection of Native Endogenous Urinary Steroids

摘要

The exogenous steroids and drugs spiked in the urine extract have a mostly unique separation space compared to the endogenous substances. Most of the steroids or drugs of concern for anti-doping tests can be separated in two dimensions, also detected and identified using GCXGC-fast-qMS, which allows for full mass spectrum scanning and enable the potential detection and identification of unknowns or designer drugs.
