Integrated mass spectrometry based quantitative analysis of plasma glycoproteins and their glycan modifications

The methodology we have developed has relevance to our understanding of the role and heterogeneity of glycan modifications of proteins in health and in disease and the identification of specific glycosylated forms of proteins as disease biomarkers and potential targets for novel therapeutics.
