Characterization of phospholipid-based drugs and their effect on phospholipids profiles in biological fluids assessed by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS: diagnostic and forensic implications

摘要

Over one hundred phospholipid species have been detected and determined in the phospholipid-based drugs and/or in plasma and urines. Most of them have been identified. Liposom~(~R) Forte and Tricortin~(~R) 1000 phospholipid compositions have been characterized. Plasmatic and urinary phospholipid profiles have been determined. This method allows to obtain possible appropriate markers to detect administration of Liposom~(~R) Forte and/or Tricortin~(~R) 1000.
